I did not do well on week two. My excuses.....:

worked way to hard and long hours (20 hours one day) emoticon

very tired and whiney emoticon

feeling fat and lazy emoticon

I guess that wraps it up. I'm moving on to week three with hopefully a more positive attitude!

Having fun planning my walks, and getting to know my neighbourhood.
Tomorrow I start my off days workout - Having back issues, I didn't want to start everything at once, so concentrated on the walking and now it is time to add the other part of the training.

Looking forward to seeing weight loss results, as well as a healthier me.

W2D1...I walked 1.69 miles in 32.5 minutes!!! I almost let me talk myself out of it because of a long day at work, getting up early to ride my bike, being tired, etc. etc. etc. but I stuck to my guns and did it!!!!!

Tomorrow I do w2d2. I have to walk 1.75 miles. The route I have picked out is 1.88 miles. Can I do more than the 1.75 miles and track that?

I walk with the dog and as soon as his tank is about 3/4 empty I get a good uninterrupted pace going...Got to love the little guy as he can find a tree in the middle of nowhere..hehe

Did wk 2, day 1 today. I looked at the time wrong and did 35 minutes instead of 25. Went 1.66 miles. Going to have a busy week but am determined to get my walks in.

emoticon I CANNOT BELIEVE how much stamina I had for today's walk. Today I completed Day 3 of Week 2. I almost didn't go. I almost talked myself out of it. And then I thought, "If I don't go and do this today, my Week 3 will be starting tomorrow and I will have only done two days of training for Week 2." So I psyched myself up, got my walking pants and shoes on, and out the door I went. My youngest even tagged along. :)

I'm so grateful for this challenge. It's forcing me to stop making excuses and focus on each goal. Thank you, Coaches... thank you SparkPeople!
