Damn, I always forget how good this feels until I start walking again!

A women is often measured by the things she cannot control.
She is measured by the way her body curves or doesn't curve, by where she is flat or straight or round.

yesterday was day 1 week 1 for me. I am doing the walk 4minutes jog 1 minute and do it 4 times. Well I made it 3 times. I could not jog that last minute has someone been chasing me they would of just had to do what they were gonna do. I did make it 3.2 miles in 29.22 minutes. Boy though I am feeling it today.

Last week was week 1 for me and the farthest I got was 1.34 miles. I'm aiming for 1.5 today.

Life is happening now, not 10 pounds from now.
200 plus lbs lost without surgery, crazy diets, or extreme exercise- so have hope!

Week 1 day 3 Done!!!! I talked myself out of it for a few days... and today... well, I said if I don't just get out there and do it today... I definately wont do it tomorrow... I'm so proud of myself right now... but I don't know if i'm stretching ok afterwards... my calves seem a bit tight still... and next time i'll bring water... it's hot outside!!! Good luck people you can do what ever you put your mind to... and even when you're mind is against it... just do it for yourself... nobody else can :)

Week 1/Day 1: Followed the 5-week program and walked .74 miles during the 15 minutes. It felt good and I'm looking forward to walking the first mile on Tuesday.

I got all 3 of my check in walks in and rode my exercise bike 5 out of 7 days and did strength training 2 days. Good start, but I've got to watch and make sure I'm not going to slide out of my plan. The last two days have been hard between work, home, and stress. 6 day work weeks are making it hard to keep my focus, but I'm determined to stick to it and not back down or give in. I must succeed.

First day I walked in my driveway for 15 minutes with my doggie, then I walked on Wii next day did the free mile, yesterday was downtown fair(I live in Ashland Ky) it was it celebration of founding fathers I walked almost 2 miles. This is a great fun , I love challenges.

I am going to count walking in back of a people powered push mower for 2 hours continuously as my walking. I mowed my dad's lawn on Wednesday for 2 hours and my lawn today, (Friday) for 2 hours. That's a lot more cardio than just walking, so I am finished week 1, and will start week 2 on Monday with my walking partner.

Today I started day 1 of week 1. We are on vacation and went to the beach. There were no lifeguards on duty and no swimming allowed, so I just walked in the surf. I walked for half an hour by myself. Then DH and I hiked all of our stuff back to the truck, locked it up, and we walked in the surf for at least another 40 minutes. I wish I could do that everyday, but we don't live there, so I have to be content to walk around my neighborhood.
