Peppermint Tea is great for digestion. And it tastes great too.

I have this problem too. I am wondering if it will ever balance out on it's own. Try taking a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar every day. It has wonderful benefits and helps with many things including bloating. (Try mixing it with water to help it go down easier.)

Absolutely! I'm having the same problem with healthier eating. The sudden spike in fiber has caused lots of bloating. Definitely try a supplement like HERBICIDE mentioned.

You could try a supplement like beano, it has enzymes that help break down fibers in legumes and vegetables (not just beans) in your gut that would otherwise cause gas and bloating. You can take 2-3 before eating a problem food, see if it helps.

I have been eating significantly more fruits and vegetables and taking multivitamins for the past week. The past three days I'm constantly bloated and gassy. I know that happens when eating a lot of raw vegetables. Does anyone know what I can eat/do to stop this?
