I'm getting more cardio in now that I have my new treadmill. I've lost inches since I started the new round on BLC-14 in Sept (I think).

I'd like to be able to eat more healthier, but don't like many freggies.

Great job everyone! You have to start somewhere, right?

I have lost about 5 pounds since July. I am working on a life-style change, so I'm happy with my progress. My biggest success is actually exercising again. I use my elliptical machine for 15 - 25 min. about 4 or 5 days a week. I'm also incorporating more freggies into my diet and weened myself off of fast food. I was a total fast food junkie! I still indulge, but it's not 5 times or more per week as it used to be. :)

I wish I had more success to share.

I guess I can just count it as a success that I am exercising much more than I used to. Maybe someday soon that will actually translate into some weight loss!

i am getting fruits & veggies in my diet. i have lost about 20# in the last 18 months. i dont really no why because up until 2 months ago i hadn't changed anything. i'm also trying to get more physical. so far, i wouldn't call it an exercise program. i am doing more things i try to walk to the mailbox its about 50 yards from my house. unfortunately it makes my back & hip hurt, therefore i dont tend to do it everyday. i keep telling myself to start exercising with my resistance bands, i'm such a procrastinator.

I've lost about 10 pounds since June. I track my meals and workout to the challenges. I'm trying to eat my evening snack early....keyword TRYING.

Please share with us your success.
Let us know if you`ve lost weight, gained muscle, ran a marathon, stopped eating certain foods, changed a high fat recipe to a low fat one and it tasted great, etc.
