Wednesday: Figgy Pudding

Fun! And since I'll be off work most of this next week, I think I'll even have the time and energy to do this one. emoticon

Here's all the yummies I've earned this week:

Sunday: red and green kisses; Figgy Pudding; 3 Sugar Plums; Mixed Nuts; 3 chestnuts; eggnog
Monday: 4 chestnuts; eggnog; figgy pudding; red & green kisses; mixed nuts


Sorry; I just didn't ever get any traction on this one, but I've had a great week of Sparking, so I'm not gonna worry too much about it. Spark On, dear ones!

The best yummy treats - all calorie free (because they are pretend emoticon )

10 minutes of stretching after a workout = Candy Cane!

Eat a fruit or veggie = Chestnuts roasted by an open fire!

A set of 10 jumping jacks = Cookies!

Stay in calorie range = Eggnog!

30 minutes of exercise = Figgy Pudding!

A set of 10 squats = Hot Chocolate!

Say "Hi" in the Daily Check In/Chat Room = Red & Green Kisses!

A set of 10 push ups = Sugar Plums!

Spend time with friends and/or family = Mixed Nuts!

Eating real junk food = Old Fruit Cake!
