I got and setup my Fitbit 12/2. I have COPD and a bad back so I was happy to see that I did more than a 1000 steps a day, but less than 2000. So I have worked on that. I was hitting more than 2000 the past few weeks but still getting discouraged because it's so far from 10,000. Finally last week I changed the setting to 3,000. It's more encouraging :) I was over 4000 2 days, under 800 steps one day. Overall -

I was 555 steps short last week and a couple of days I didn't meat my calorie burn goal. I'll keep my goals the same as last week.:)

My daily step average for past week was 20,802 and I averaged more than 10 floors climbed. Hooray! I would like to continue to average 20,000+ steps daily for the coming week and at least 10 floors.

Now that I'm feeling better, aiming to get back up to 10,000 steps per day. Hate that I missed out on my trip to Charleston, SC this week, but my being sick ended up as a blessing since I was able to be home to support my daughter in some difficulties.

My goal is to do 10,000 steps a day add to that healthy eating and some strength exercise, this past week I concentrated on getting the numbers up, now I need to maintain walking with strength exercises.

Thursday proved to be a challenge, pulled a muscle in my hip and had to walk in pain, but towards the end was in less pain and managed to get my steps in just under the wire, here at nearly 1130p. Guess I will get in a few more steps as I ready for bed and hope I do not wake with fresh pain.

Last week was a rough one with the whole household sick. Let's see if I can get some consistency back. 5500 steps daily, 39,000 for the week and 10 floors daily, 70 for the week.

I am going to keep my daily goal to 27,000 steps per day and keep my weekly goal to 200,000. Due to FitBit.com not having access to the original dashboard I will now be tracking my Active Minutes. My goal is to keep it above 150 minutes per day. I will also be tracking my mileage and my goal is to walk 12 miles per day. I will also be tracking my floors climbed but as I don't really encounter many steps in my travel I will be interested in seeing how high I can get this number on a daily basis. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!

We are still #1 in the Computer & Electronics category?! That is amazing! As of the posting of this post, we are now at (drum roll please!) 60,680 members strong! That is (continue with a drum roll please!) 558 less than last week! That is an increase of (double gulp) 854 members from last week!!! Thanks to Santa our numbers continue to skyrocket this past week and should continue to skyrocket for the next few weeks! I read so much chatter about FitBit's new wrist activity products. Some good, some not so good. I am interested in obtaining one and comparing it's readings to my trusty One. I wonder how they would compare. I would love to know which FitBit product you are currently using.

2016 has started like gangbusters! Our membership has increased over 5,954 members these past five weeks! And, now FitBit is introducing a new stylish tracker known as the Blaze. The unit is very stylish, like the Apple watch. Will you be looking to replace your FitBit tracker with the newest member of the FitBit family?
