I've been thinking about this quite a bit lately. I've been doing fairly well since the Christmas 2-week debacle, as it will henceforth be known. (Said debacle kept me from my Consistency Award, Fitness Minutes Award, and SparkPoints award... gah...) I want my long-term goal to be to continue finding challenges. To never become complacent with what I'm doing. I also want all of this to become habit. I don't want to grumble when it's time to workout. I'm getting better, and most day I do look forward to working out. But I'm not sure it's quite habit just yet. I feel like I'll know it's habit when I'm meant to know it... if that even makes sense!! I'm on day 2 of week 4. And I've met all the challenges thrown at me thus far. This has definitely made me a stronger person. Mentally and physically!
