I finished week 3 but did not track my food. I noticed I sleep better and I'm not as winded as I was in the beginning of this challenge. I need to get back tracking my food and drinking more water. I'm ready for week four.

emoticon Finished Wk 3 and moving on to Wk 4 ! This has been a very exciting challenge. I have several friends doing this challenge with me and they really keep me at it! I have also got back into the habit of tracking food to see how I'm doing and it's been VERY helpful ! I am seeing that I am lacking in some nutrients so I'm going to do my best to get a more balanced diet. Lost 3 lbs this week and I'm feeling on fire! Let's finish this challenge strong !!! emoticon

Ania Joining you on our final week! I think this might be the first challenge I finish on spark! Today was my weigh in, I have lost 6 lbs since start of challenge. I have amped up cardio this week and also am incorporating pilates. Definitely considering doing this challenge again next month. But will just do videos twice.

WooHoo! I finished week 3! Tomorrow I start my last week. I am so glad I stuck it out every day this time. Last year I started but after about 2 weeks I forgot to do the videos and left the team. Not this time!

Hi Everyone, Well almost done with week 3. Tomorrow will finish it off. I did notice that week 1 was hard. But this week was easy. As for my cardio I either do walking or my stationary bike or the Wii and I also do once a week a kickboxing dvd.

I am happy I joined this challenge. I have lost 4 lbs. I finally increased my water and began drinking vegetable juice in the morning to add to my vegggie/fruit count. It's working.

I just finished my 3rd week too. I'm really enjoying this challenge. I had a harder time with the fruit/vegetable part than the exercise part. I'm getting addicted to the exercise I think, although this week was hard because I've run out of some of my meds that help my energy levels.

Week 3 is almost done. The videos are much easier to keep up with this week. I have been adding jogging intervals into my walking and trying to add extra time.!!!!! emoticon

I noticed the first week that the day 1 cardio workout was more intense than what I'd been doing. It wasn't much easier week two and only slightly easier day 1 of week 3. So, this week I've been doing that cardio workout every day along with the daily toning video. Several days I did it twice, today I did it 3 times. It is definitely getting easier! The first time I did it, I couldn't keep up the mountain climber for the whole time. For the past couple of days, not only am I keeping it up through the whole time, I'm getting faster and fitting in more of them. I also notice that my quads aren't killing me through several of the exercises like they were the first couple of weeks. Hooray for progress! emoticon
As far as freggies go, I usually eat 5-6/day. I'm trying to increase that. Monday and Tuesday I ate 6 each day; Wednesday it was 8 and yesterday 7. Focusing on freggies and protein seems to keep me best on track in terms of my eating. emoticon

Wow how much easier the videos are now. Even Richard Simmons is going easier on me:0 I'm so enjoying this boot camp.I hope I will contine with the program when next week is over. I feel discouraged because my scales have not moved at all. I really expected all the added work would help my loss along. It hasn't. But some of my clothes do feel a bit looser. Holding strong at 23 lbs. lost. My body just refuses to get below 170 lbs.

The freggies aren't a problem but I may have to do my extra cardio in the evenings when I'm tired. I'll give it my best go!

I've made some substitutions this week LOL, like zumba class, water aerobics and yoga classes. And yesterday I just had time to do some brisk walking and 17 yoga poses. I'm making SURE I do at least as much as Bootcamp requires (and most days more), and I can tell--feelin' stronger every day!

Hello everyone,

I am so excited because I've lost nearly 3 pounds this week using the bootcamp videos and adding cardio 5/6 days a week. I have also been "eating clean" and boy what a difference. While eating clean, I eat more than I ever have but loss the weight. More news. . .I have lost over 12 inches from my waist, hips and thights. Wow, didn't think this little bootcamp could do all that. Thanks coach.

day 6 - in and done - twice.

Not sure if it was the best idea - given the almost foot of snow that was waiting for me to shovel - but both are done - and I am tight --- a nice hot shower is in order - a bath would be better - but I have a house full of kids - it's not an option.

Just did Day 6 and Cardio Blast video. Tomorrow is Day 7 of week three for me. Woohoo! I'm glad I started this workout challenge, since it has motivated me to stay active inside while it is cold and snowy outside.

Just did the day seven video at work!!! Went to the YMCA this morning swam and sat in the steam room!! Have a horrible head cold. Got on the scale down a pound!! emoticon I am really loving this challenge!!

I just finished 32 minutes on the elliptical which is up from about 25 minutes earlier in the week. I'm going to do my day 7 boot camp workout now and I have my weigh in tomorrow. So far I have lost about 5 pounds but we'll see if that changes tomorrow.

Before I came to SP, I reached maximum density of 258 a while ago. I dropped 28 pounds and then started to slack. In Jan of 2009, I was down to 222. In July 2010, I'm down to 209. In Oct 2010, I joined SP and maintained. I wavered, started Boot Camp on 1/3/2011, and got busy.

Just went to the Dr's today. I am down to 203! I thought something was happening as I started to lose my shorts and my arms were showing good tone! My body is responding. All Boot Camp did was take me to higher ground, wanting more. I had lost 3 sizes in pants and now need new shorts...again! I figure I'm losing another size after this month of Boot Camp! I already consider this challenge a success!

But I'm talking to all the winners in this program! Thanks to all!

Just finished Week 3 day 5 video, now on to cardio. I'm gonna do a WII My Fitness Coach workout for 45 min. I work this evening so I don't want to be too worn out but I have done some extra this week. Yay! but too many sweets... emoticon I don't feel very in control of my eating this week...so far so good for today though

Well, I had been doing really well on the Challenge till I came down with a bad cold. Tues and Wed I was coughing too much to do much but sleep when I could. But Thursday I felt much better and was able to do my usual cardio walk. Today I'm back up to steam with the cardio and the strength videos.
I must say that, though I still have the cold, I am getting over it much faster than usual and I credit it to eating better and being more fit! emoticon

Just did video 4,5, and 6. I think I did 4 earlier this week, but missed yesterday, so making up for lost day. I did wear my mp2 and burned over 250 calories playing with my grand kids, and walking. I will do 45 min of dance now. loving this challenge.

Stand up for yourself and for others who are not as strong as you..always take a stand in what you believe to be the truth.

Getting my freggies in hasn't been that hard - turns out I was eating more than I realized I was. emoticon But I have been less successful at amping up the cardio; it's TOM for me and work has been absolutely insane. So I aim to get in any cardio at all and call it good. Next week will be much better.

I just finished week 3. Yahoo. I am eating lots of fruit and vegetables like 13 or more servings a day. And I exercise 70+ minutes a day so I think I fulfilled all this weeks challenges, on to week 4.

I've added some time on the bike this week and my step count has been above average. Every day I'm taking an apple, a banana, and baby carrots to work, so that just leaves to more veggie servings to get in. One at lunch and one at dinner, and I'm good!
