I chose "10-Minute Stretching Routine for Runners". I have never taken stretching very seriously and I want to start incorporating it more into my exercise. This was a great video and I liked the stretches...not too hard but not so easy that I wasn't feeling anything.

I was sick with the flu and cold for 2 days. Started today with week 2 day 1. Added extra video called 8 minute upper body workout and cardio. Glad to be back at it.

I'm doing the runner's stretches video for my bonus video. The flexibility ones seem pretty interesting, too. I need to work on that because my muscles and tendons are really, really tight and causing me problems.

I did a 30 minute turbo jam workout today. Loved doing it again~ haven't done it in over a year. Now I can't figure out for the life of me why I just up and quit! Well, it feels great to be back! Thanks for being here for all of us.

I really wanted to do the kickboxing, but I couldn't get the video to play! I'm bummed since it's getting good reviews here. I hope they get it fixed, I still want to try it. I chose the 6 min. butt blasting workout instead. This bootcamp is making me really sore!!! I hope that means it's working

Week 2 Day 3 finished. Chose the crunchless core video. I liked it a lot better than regular crunches which hurt my neck more than my abs!

OMG the videos was a life saver, esp due to the winter storm, I was not tring to go out in the storm to the gym. Thank you Sparkpeople I have burned 2524 so far this week, it will be probably not the over 5000 as last week, due to the weather, but I am still going to go hard and strong. Yea Buddy!!!
