I did the kickboxing video I love kickboxing I feel like I really get a good workout in.

I did just realize I was tracking the daily 10 minute workouts wrong. I have been putting them in the cardio section. How do you track your workouts?

For week 2 I chose the cardio kickboxing video. It really got the heart rate up. Was glad I chose it. Going to do it again today. I chose cardio because the daily videos seem to be more toning in nature. I think I might try a ball video too. Week 2 going strong!!!!!

People at work are noticing my weight loss! They are also commenting on my healthy eating! Week 2 has been great so far.
I am up to 10 mins on the elliptical machine. I need to post my food--I have been writing in my journal--just not on the computer!

I am in week two and I am loving these videos. They are giving me new ideas to work on problem areas. I did not get it exactly right on the 1st week and did not copy to my fitness after doing videos. Hoping to do it better as I continue! Keep the Spark!

Did days 3 & 4 tonight since I missed last night. Then did Jillian Michael's Fat Burning, Metabolism Boosting DVD. 45 minutes of circuit training. It's a kick-butt workout but totally wipes me out. I haven't worked out that hard in a while! Tomorrow I'm going to do a different bonus video after the Boot Camp video. Maybe the kickboxing one. Has anyone tried that one?

Week 2 day 5 did not do a video today but did 15 min on bike, arm curls with 10 lb wts, squats with 10 lbs wts and ball roll for abs. Husband got through cataract surgery (5 hours in hospital). I will be more focused tomorrow. Am still tracking food and water and exercise.

You guys are all so motivated. Keep up the good work. I will also have to remove snow since I didn't get it done today

Week 2 bonus video - 10 minute cardio

This video was incredible. Intense is the word that comes to mine. It's challenging but makes you feel like you've had a great work out. I was putting off doing the bonus video but now feel like I could do a couple bonus videos before week 2 is over. Phenomenal! emoticon

These workouts are not boring!! I always dread exercising because of the monotony. These are different and Nicole walks you through each one, telling you what it does for you and gives options on how to vary the way you do them. My bonus workout this week was crunchless abs. I feel sore but not agonizingly.

I have not been using weights these first two weeks. Today I was able to drive to the store (this area has basically been snowed-in for three days) and I bought two sets of weights! I think I'll wait until Saturday to use them, the beginning of my Week 3.

YEAH for all you who are here in week two! It's great to be doing this challenge! I am thrilled to be working all the various parts of me. My muscles feel better already. That really charges me up! I did one bonus video today The 15 minute office one. IT was intense at work. Phew! I also did 24 minutes of cardio and the day four video of the boot camp.

I have decided to not beat myself up for being a slow and plodding one. AT first my hopes were high that by week two I'd be going twice through each video on a given day. By the end of week one I was fairly sure that wasn't going to happen. At this point I am okay with it. The point is I'm participating! YEAH! And I'm benfiting. DOUBLE YEAh! Lets keep on Sparking! Good luck everyone! emoticon

I haven't been able to work out the last couple days. But I just got caught up on week 2 videos. Did them all tonight plus my Biggest Loser Bootcamp workout.

Loved the core workout one. I have a hard time doing standard crunches on the floor. This was much easier and I could feel it while doing the exercises.

I enjoyed playing in the snow for my cardio today, and finished Week 2 Day 3 video plus Pilates abs workout. And I tracked food for the second time this week--about 100 calories over, but I'll cut that down tomorrow. Keep on keeping on everyone!
