My goal for the week is to...
lose 3lbs.
aim for 45mins x3s(since its wednesday now)
and count 1700 calories a day.

My goals for week 1 are to ensure that I get at l eat 30 minutes of exercise per day and follow a healthy diet. I can say, so far so good.
For the whole time period of this bootcamp, I want to lose anywhere from 15lbs to 20lbs. Too ambitious?

Those are great goals - and I'm sure you'll achieve them, which will help spark your determination.

I had a great moment in December when I was snorkeling and felt totally in tune with my body. I'd lost about 25/30 pounds by that point and felt really comfortable in a swim suit for the first time in years. I remember feeling the air in my snorkel tube, the warm water on my skin, the sun on my back and thinking "I love my body!!". It was a HUGE surprise to feel that way, to feel that my body was giving me pleasure instead of hassles. I try to recapture that moment of being happy in my own skin whenever I'm wavering as to whether this is worth the effort.

I hope that this bootcamp will help keep my enthusiasm up and give me more to love about my body - more definition, more functional strength, more reason to look forward to buying a new swim suit! And I hope it will do the same for you.

I want to be happy in my skin. I feel like my eating habits have gotten out of control. With summer time approaching I want to be comfortable in a swimsuit. I want to be in pictures and not shy away because my face is so fat.
My goals for this week are to set a work out plan and follow through. Watch my portions and cook food that is healthier for myself and my husband. emoticon
