I had a little trouble with Day 5 - always do with the thigh exercises because my hips are a little bad, and thigh work necessarily requires pushing the hips. So I had to modify, do fewer reps on occasion, but managed.

I backslid yesterday on the food - I'm a stress eater, and went out to a restaurant after a rough day at work and WAY overate. So I pushed it on the cardio today and plan on doing some walking as well.

I agree! day 5 was definately a great workout!! however I did not do all my cardio :( but I did get this in!

Day 5 done!! And I agree..WOW haha I already feel sore and that doesnt usually happen until the next day...2 more days YAY!! I cheated and jumped on the scale this morning and I am more than happy about what I saw...this bootcamp is really awesome :) We'll see you tomorrow Carrie on the catch up :-D

I just love these workouts! I never knew how to stretch the outer thighs like we did in this video. Nicole is dynamite! This was no doubt tougher again but I really pushed myself to finish those circles. I feel so lucky to have access to all this without a fee. It's amazing isn't it!?
I also went on a walk and relayed with my youngest son a couple races. I lost! Congratulations to all the day 5'ers and everyone else who has joined the challenge!

Day 5 done. Mostly. Hips popped and gave out on the reverse leg circles. Single leg bridges, um, definitely room for improvement!
Too late to go out for a walk/jog tonight, so kicked out 15min of wild and crazy step w/iPod on shuffle.
Keep up the good work everyone!

Just finished Day 5 video. Am doing great. I love that I am double my cardio goal for the week and I have 2 days left!

To go forwards, is to keep the goal ahead of you :-)
