I want to complete the 28-Day challenge with the goal of making exercise a regular part of my life. I have not had the custom of daily exercise for quite a few years now, so I hope this program will give me time to cultivate that love of working out that I used to enjoy.

I need to get back on track with a healthy lifestyle. Making better food choices and exercising DAILY. NO MORE EXCUSES! I need to make exercise a priority again!

My goal for this month is to stick with this program and exercise daily.
Go to the gym at least 3x a week.
Eat small (healthy) meals throughout the day.
Meditate/reflect daily

My goal is to be consistent with exercise. I have given up when my pain problems persist, now I want to continue, and find alternate ways to exercise when my pain is bad, not just give up.

My goal is to learn consistency!! My weight and committment to healthy living has yo-yo'd for the last 4 years & I am tired. I want this to be the last time I decide to lose the weight, and for this to happen I need to learn to be consitent!

My goals are:
1: to be a better role model for my kids and Hubby
2: eat healthier
3: lose 10 pounds in January
4: exercise everyday
5: drink water, water and more water

I have restarted my program like I am a newbie but I KNOW Sparkpeople works cuz I lost 30 pounds last year in a little over 3 months. I have gained half back sadly but NEVER GIVE UP!!! emoticon

Five years ago I lost 40 pounds. Starting about two years ago I started gaining it back.... I've now gained 20 pounds back and nothing I do seems to matter. I exercise....generally eat well and just keep bouncing between losing 5-6 pounds and gaining it back. Hopefully this will jump start something :)

HELLO I AM HERE BECAUSE I AM OUT OF CONTROL I LOST 30 POUNDS AND GAINED IT ALL BACK BUT .2 BAD VERY BAD I HAVE NO WILL POWER AND HAVE TO GET BACK ON TRACK.I NEVER EXERCISED BEFORE AND NOW I AM THE QUEEN OF EXERCISE THAT IS SOMETHING GOOD I HAVE KEPT. I currently average about three 20 minutes cardio sessions each week. My goals are:

At least five 30 minute sessions of cardio each week
Two strength workouts each week
Lose five pounds

Exercise 5 days a week, track food intake on my nutrition tracker( I have been doing it, but quickly in a notebook) FAITHFULLY weigh and MEASURE all of my food, meditate at least once a day and BE VERY HAPPY TO KISS THE HOLIDAYS GOODBYE! In December of 2009 I set my weight loss goal at losing 170 pounds, I lost 101 pounds in 2010, my goal for this year is the last 70. DEDICATION and COMMITTED are KEY!( and don't get stressed out when everything doesn't work out perfectly!)

I need to exercise on a daily basis - period. That's my goal. I need to ingrain the habit and really experience how great it feels so that I don't want to miss a day and I find someway to exercise even on those days when it's too cold out or I'm tired or "too busy". Saw a cartoon with a dr. talking to a patient: "What fits your busy schedule better, exercising one hour a day or being dead 24 hours a day?". I need that kick in the behind.

My goal is to get healthy. I want to run a k of some sort every month. I am starting off slow by walking a 5k this morning but by golly I am getting out and moving my rear!
