I am here to lose at least 100 pounds this year (2011) and a total of 134 pounds.
1. My main goal is to stick with all the challenges I have joined.
2. To drink @ least 8 glasses of water a day.
3. To continue my ban on soft drinks.
4. To exercise 30 min every day.

In order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure.

Well, I started the bootcamp yesterday, so for me it's gonna be Friday to Thursday.
The plan for the next 6 days then is as:
- work out every day
- stay under 1500 cal 4 days and two days 1800-2000

I have had a rough few weeks so now I really want to commit to be my BEST this next week.

As for the 10-minute videos, I will be using them on days when I don't go to the gym but otherwise I know there is no way I will be doing 2 classes at the gym and then find the motivation to sweat for another 10 minutes at home. It would just make me feel like a failure plus I think 2 classes at the gym is more than enough. So in my challenge I'll only be doing the videos on non-gym days.

Even the worst failure is better than not trying.

I would like to make a goal to work out at LEAST 3 times this week.

I also want to try to eat one yogurt a day as a snack, instead of something less healthy.

I need to also remember to take my vitamins, because they will give me energy!

My goal: to explode into 2011! Rar! I'm plugging away happily, but I might as well take the first four weeks of this year to push myself into action even more. Though I will still be on vacation for the first two weeks of the year, I want to try to lose 4 lbs during these 28 days.

Hi,

Not sure if I am doing this right but I am a mom of 3 and am also going back to college, I have found it very difficult to lose weight and I need support that I really do not get at home. This sounds like a great way to get myself motivated.

To get back on track. I was doing fine while I was deployed - able to exercise and eat somewhat better, but now that I'm home I have derailed and sabotaged myself. I am starting a new job in February and would like to look better; I also got my results from blood work done around the first of December and my cholesterol and triglycerides (sp) have gone back up.

My Goals are:

1. Drink 8 or more glasses of water daily.

2. Track EVERYTHING I eat (I had been faithful about tracking until mid-December when it got too complicated)

3. Workout regularly by joining "Official 28 day Bootcamp Workout Challenge"

4. Use my bike about 2 days a week instead of walking for cardio exercise (I've faithfully walked 5 miles a day and about 2 days a week I walked 6 miles) I need to change things up a bit.

5.. Maintain my weight (without losing too much more--but NOT GAINING more than a couple of pounds)!

Well, the reason I'm here is because it's a new year and I need a new attitude and I thought this would be a perfect thing to follow. Now, I don't have dumbbells but I can improvise. As for my goals, I mostly hope to keep the spark alive in me, and to tone up and lose inches. I don't really care about the number on the scale.

My goals
1) Do more strength training- I enjoy most cardio (except running), but I tend to not do strength training- This will be my hardest goal to accomplish!
2) Track my exercise and food- I will not use hours that I am on my feet at work to "pad" my minutes.
3) Stick to a healthy diet.
4) FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE CHALLENGE!
5) Continue to lose weight- 28 days is not long enough to get me to my goal, but it is long enough to get me closer to it.

Weekly
--------- 12/17----- 3/18
Waist---- 42.5"----- 37.5"
Hip------ 48.5" ----- 44"
Neck ----14.5" --- 13.75"
Monthly
----------- 12/17----3/18
Thigh--- 24.75"---24.5"
U Arm--- 13.5"----14.25"

0" and 1 LBS lost this week for a total of 10" and 19.5 lbs!

I want to sculpt my shoulders! Someday I will have chiseled arms :). But really, I have a better attitude when I work out. So having something motivational like this to keep me going is great. My goal is to work out at least 30 minutes each day, drink 8 glasses of water every day, take my vitamin each night, and get as much sleep as possible.

My goals for the next four weeks are pretty simple ...
1) get into a regular exercise schedule
2) get some better eating habits
3) get about 4-5 pounds off my body
