After coming back to SparkPeople, I lost over 25 pounds on the "diet" alone. I've had a hard time getting back into exercise because of my neck and shoulder injuries. I've been doing PT for a few weeks now and just completed the Stress Busting Challenge. I'm very excited to really be motivated to start exercising daily and toning my body. I want to start slowly with the 10 minute toning everyday and 10 minutes of cardio 5 days a week plus yoga & stretching. I hope to work up to 30 minutes 5 days a week.
