I just finished my first week - you'll feel SO much better if you stick with it. Amazing what a week of consistent exercise (even a few minutes a day) can do for you. Look at the exercise videos on SparkPeople - they're free and some are just 10 minutes long...

Hi! I'm Donna. Today is my first day joining this challenge. I did 31 minutes on recumbent bike today so far. Looking forward to getting to meet new people to help keep me motivated.

If you enjoy walking, walk about 10 min. or start with 5 min. in the morning and then maybe another 5 in the afternoon or evening. Get a friend to walk with you. Also Coach Nicole has 10 min. exercises on SP.
I still have to tell myself to get up and walk or do some kind of exercise for 10. Keep moving. I even walk around my basement with some music on for 10-30 min. I does get easier. emoticon

I managed to walk up to the main road and back - probably not the full 10 minutes, but it's a start. My back/hips/legs are very tight and crack whenever I step forward. UGH. But, I did it and then came home and used my big exercise ball to stretch out my lower back.
Baby steps.

Do you enjoy walking? It's low impact. A 10 minute walk might be a good start for you.

Ten minutes every other day. At least. If anyone knows the names of workouts please let me know. or I need a buddy to help motivate and keep me motivated/accountable.
