My 1 week goals is to just get moving. Walking/running, Cardio. I am having problems getting started though. I did walk to day, but I still don't have the energy to get early in the morning. When I was on vacation, I slept in. I have to get my body clock back into sync to work out early.

I love that goal! My goal is to go for a walk for 10 minutes daily - no matter what time I get home from work.

Mama_Bear1 I worked in a nursing home as a nursing assistant as well. I say 'worked' because I had to quit due to being so out of shape that I was in constant pain and having chest pains from the constant running. emoticon Just one of the many reasons why I am here.

I just joined the challenge. I work part time nights in a nursing home as a CNA. (BEVZEE I know just what you mean about constant running!)

My goal for the week is at least 10 minutes of exercise per day. Since I'm working all weekend, that should be easy!

My week 1 goal is to exercise at least 10 min per day; usually walking because other exercise tends to give me migraines. I will add some strengthening exercise too. I work as a nurse in a nursing home and on the nights we work really hard with lifting and running I will use some of that for my exercise total. (It can be almost nonstop some nights)
