reading Coach Nicole's first post.....joined challenge because apparently competition (even with myself) is a great motivator for me and I feel like I'm being sidelined by just about everything right now.

Goals for the next 4 weeks....hmmm...well, for the first 2 is to lose a total of 6 pounds before my 20th HS reunion. Total for the 4 weeks is to walk every day, focus on toning every day, and do weights at least 3 days a week.....in 4 weeks, it would be nice if my size 12 shorts weren't so tight.....but at least I can get into a 12 now :-)

My goal is to ride my bike to work every day I can. The ride is about 12 minutes each way so that should cover my exercise challenge on days I don't go to the gym.

I'm doing the 28 day bootcamp in addition to this--today was my day 1. I will get some sort of planned exercise in for a minimum of 10 minutes a day. I'm waaaay out of shape (not sure I've ever been in shape actually) so NOW IS MY TIME!! :)

I attained my 1st goal of losing 20 lbs. by my birthday in May and since then have slacked off the tracking and cardio and (of course), have not seen any further weight loss. I'm ready to refocus again to go after that next goal of losing 4 lbs. in the next 4 weeks. I'm in shape now for summer and I want to go after the 100 Pushup Challenge and run my 1st 5k in August. Wish me luck!

My goals are to get in 10 minutes of movement EVERY day. I already do about 250 minutes of exercise a week but there are a couple days a week that I do nothing. My goal is to do at least 10 minutes even on those days!

I joined this team because I felt I was slipping away from something I have found that I really enjoyed and that is SP.
my goals are to get back doing my daily challanges from a few teams Im on, and log them in my notepad so I can see it when I dont have the computer around (then I wont forget),keep up on the weekends I am up north with no internet(thats not an excuse!)

My goal for this challenge is to do 10 minutes a day for the entire 30 day challenge. After that I am wanting to incorporate strength training sessions throughout my day in 10 minute bursts. I am going to track this and hope to have a 30 day streak!

My goal tomorrow is to walk 15 minutes before work, plus yoga class after work.
EDIT:

I could not asleep, so I was up before the birds. Got an hour of cardio in while wearing my weighted vest.

Lets see how work goes and if and when my tummy stops
rolling.

I just joined today so I will start today. I plan to 10 min kickboxing video today and to exercise in the morning before work. My biggest challenge will be on the week-ends when I usually do not exercise at all.

My goal is to dance for 10 minutes every morning, do my stair stepper for 5 minutes to start and build up over the four weeks and do 10 minutes of strength training evry Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evening for the mext four weeks.

My goal is to exercise 10 minutes a day for 4 weeks. emoticon

I have a total of 136 pounds that I want to lose. I am setting my goals by the 10 percent method. When I meet my 1st 10 percent goal I will up my goal to the next 10 percent level. Biting if off in small pieces so I don't get discouraged!

My goal is to do at least 10 minutes everyday and a total of 5 hours a week. I have done well with exercising but summer vacation just started and I went downhill over the summer last year. Ended up putting 10 lbs back on and am just now getting back to goal. So I am hoping to keep the family focused on keeping active so I will stay active.

My goal with this challenge is to start the day with 10 minutes of exercise. If I make it a part of my wake-up routine, I'll be less likely to skip exercise because I've come up with some excuse during the day.

I'm starting the hundred push-ups and two hundred sit-ups challenges, and they'll fit into this nicely.

today is great....i got a 15 minute 1 mile walk in, my 10 minute exercise (which was 20 minutes of treading water in the pool) ...then got some extra exercise by trimming the big bush(tree) in front of the house...and i never do yard work ...yea tisha

My goal with this challenge is to add 10 mins of stretching every day, first thing in the morning.

My current exercise goals are:
walk 15-20 mins every evening
4 sets of 15 calf raises
4 sets of 15 wall pushups
4 sets of 15 dumbbell curls

Adding stretching will round out my exercise. I've only been Sparking for a little over a month. I'm adding stuff in baby steps!

I joined this challenge to get myself to move more. I currently swim 3 times a week for cardio. I would like to do some form of activity 6-7 days a week for a minimum of 10 minutes and an ultimate goal of a minimum of 30 minutes. So this is a great starting place.

I joined this challenge to motivate myself to get back on track. I hope to accomplish this goal and have it push me to the next level in obtaining my larger goal.
