I think this is how:
Bottom left of the START page, under MY GOALS, click CHANGE beside Burn xxx calories per week. Then scroll down to very bottom of that screen to change how many minutes you exercise and/or calories burned per week.

I am now doing roller derby and burning way more calories than Im eating. How do I update my nutritional information to keep up with the increased workload??

I know I need to eat more protein but have no idea how much, how many calories, etc !! We have 3 hour roller derby practice 4 days a week...

Please help !! I also dont know how to navigate around this site so hopefully I will be able to find your comments...
