I had a great week but today I didn't do any exercise. I took today off from exercise because I felt my body needed a rest. I haven't had supper yet but what I'm having is already recorded in my nutrition section. I will definitely be meeting my nutrition goals today. I'm proud to report I lost 4 pounds this week. I'm very motivated to continue working on my nutrition and fitness goals.
