I gained some excess weight over the holidays and before that as well. I decided to begin my exercise and weight loss goals today. The meal planner is a wonderful tool for tracking my calories, carbs, protein, and fat intake. I stayed within my range for each except for my protein intake. I was under by one point with my protein. I also did wii boxing for 30 minutes (I make sure I bounce around while doing it to get the full cardio benefits) and I did 20 minutes of yoga. I didn't get a walk in today with my buddy due to the cold. It's -14 degrees celsius with a windchill factor making it feel more like -24 degrees celsius. I'm very proud of myself for meeting my goals today and I look forward to meeting my goals tomorrow. Hopefully it will be warm enough to take my best friend for his walk. He needs his exercise too.
