I always make extra food for dinner so there is left-overs for lunches. I generally buy the large packs of boneless chicken breasts and cook them up - I will use some for dinner and leave the rest for either lunches or grilled chicken salads for dinner during the week

This is exactly what I do too! We always grill on Sunday and I grill up any meat that I will need including lean pork, chicken and even LEAN beef. Works pretty darned slick!

i do the same - i cook a LOT on sundays while at home and then i know i will not be going to mcdonald's during the week in a hurry!!!!

I grill up a bunch of chicken on Sunday for dinner, then use the cold chicken for the rest of the week for my lunches. I add it to salads, wraps, pasta, stir-fries - everything! That was I'm guaranteed a great, ready-to-go, healthily cooked protein!
