Hope everyone is having a great Sunday! I am!!! Had a wonderful 5 mile run with Kaylee, our youngest dog and then went back to our church for a visit. That was really nice too and a ton of people hardly recognized me! LOL!

We have had a cold front move in here in Central Florida. It's only supposed to get up to 67 today! I am going walking at the lake in Clermont with DD!

Hubby had car problems today, so I missed a hike with a Spark Friend, but got to spend more time with my honey. And my DS's play debuted for family, he was Awesome!!!! Off to bed, I can't believe tomorrow is Friday!

Spent the last 2 days at doctor visits, one with my MIL and one with my daughter. Both took up the majority of my days, it's amazing how long people wait at the doctor! I spent a lot of the time re-reading the Spark and people watching!

Hi everyone!

Just checking in. Been really busy and I'm afraid it's not going to get any better any time soon. I just keep on keepin on, slowly making progress. At least it's progress.

Some people need more motivation then others(ME!) and I've found it to be a great help to have someplace to post daily (or some like weekly). I used to belong to a weight loss site called 3 Fat chicks, I was doing Sugar Busters at the time, which is a really awesome program I lost 30 pounds and learned loads about the Glycimic index and eating healthy foods. I still use a lot of what I learned from it but the plan does not work well in my family food likes so it was to difficult to continue. So we had a weekly thread and it was really helpful even if you just said hello once a day or whenever, it just seemed to keep folks on track. Hopefully it will help here too!
