My goals are

Eat 2 fruits or veggies
Get 8 hours of sleep
Reward myself

Why?
I find it hard even though I'm vegetarian to eat fruits and veggies everyday. (I LOVE pasta and eat it ALL the time) I chose 8 hours of sleep because I dont really get the much sleep. And to reward myself because I think that will keep me motivated.

My goals are:
Log my food eaten
Get 8 hours of sleep
Write in a journal

Reasons:
I really feel that I have sleeping problem lately. This really affects my health and concentration.
I feel it's so much overwhelming to log my food everyday. So, I start dieting and stop because I don't log my food everyday. Now I decided to make it my fast break goal. If I can do it for 2 weeks, I can do it forever.
Writing in a journal is really a good thing for me because I tend to talk too much and I give away all my secrets easily. I had an advice from a friend to write everything I feel and think in a journal at the end of every day and this will help me get rid of this really bad habit.

I think my goals for now are:

Jog at least 10 miles each week (2 miles at a time, that's 5 days of exercise)

Drink 8 cups of water a day -- I'm soo bad at this

And... stay active on SP!

1. Drink 8 glasses or more a day of plain water, filtered.
2. Track nutrition daily a few times to keep it straight.
3. Eat 4-5 fruits and veggies
4. Journal once a day
5. Read another blog
6. Check and participate in spark teams
7. Encourage others
8. Try to get up early consistently for scheduling better.
ok, there are extra goals I made up personally for myself but I need to account for those too!

It is hard to keep all the info straight for me, so bear with me!

oh yea, exercise, hopefully at least twice a day.
walking, PT, weights, stretching, cardio to music are all things I can do.

My current Fast Break Goals are:

~ Track calories eaten 1x a day.

~ Post a message on the boards 1x a day.

~ Track calories burned 1x a day.

I used to be really compulsive about measuring and logging food. With things being so busy crazy these last 4 weeks, I rather fell out of the habit. So it's time to re-start, re-fresh & re-group!

emoticon Goals!! I recommend that you try to be more specific (I didn't do it for a long time, and it really helped when I did.) and make yourself "responsible" for your goals For example:

I will eat a fresh fruit and a fresh veggie each day.
I will walk at least 15 minutes a day outside.
I will read at least two spark articles a day (or I will read 10 minutes a day.)

These are examples. For instance, my current ones are:

I will eat a minimum of 4 to 5 fruits/veggies a day. emoticon
I will work out with 2 Spark Cardio videos a day. emoticon
I will read 10 minutes of "The Spark" a day. emoticon

You are off to a good start. My current motto: "Let's Do this THING!!!"

Fast Break Goals:

Eat some sort of fresh produce
Do something active outdoors
Read from a motivating story or book

Why these?

Because I don't achieve any of them on a regular basis and I would like to.
