Go for a walk or exercise a little this turned me around everytime you think your hungry drink lots of water add lemon and or don't go grocery shopping as much only buy veggies or fruit \I found this helped me out alot hope this helps emoticon

I hear your struggle with the 5 days no change in the scale, but hang in there. I think we all have gone through the same thing. Just be honest with yourself. I notice that when I loose a few pounds I feel like a have a ticket to eat piece of this or a piece of that that is not on the food plan. Good Luck

thank you for the words of wisdom and yes last night instead of just sitting on the couch i went out and helped my husband and picked up all the bushes he cut and even weeded and planted some plants and seed i was tired and sore but i am up and out of bed since 530am i will try to stay on track thanks again for listening danielle

Hi! Many of us can relate! Why don't you try to do just one change and start telling us about that? After that is working, then maybe make another change. Is there something that you are eating you know you shouldn't that you can switch for a healthy thing? For example if you eat cookies a lot, maybe you could switch that one item for raw veggies like baby carrots or something good for you like that? A strategy of doing just one thing takes a lot of press ure off. Give it a shot and let us know what you decide to do!

Good post to Susan. Thanks. I'm pretty new to this at 2.5 weeks & only 347 points. Luckily my fitness minutes are higher but I see that I need to spend more time on the computer early in the morning & later at night. Have a great week.

I also completed this challenge today. I am feeling pretty good about it. I am also having a hard time with the guilt of not getting my work done because I have been on the computer trying to figure out how to contact a team member. Now I feel dumb with how easy it was. Thanks for the challenge I look forward to doing it again tomorrow only faster.

Baby steps is the way I am going to accomplish my goals.

yes, she is a black pug named Cate. She is 3 years old and so much fun. She loves to take walks, but I'm not sure which one of us is walking which.... :)

Hmmmm....does fruit trifle count as one of the servings? There were blueberries and strawberries(and cake and whipped cream). Oops, I don't think I'm starting off very well. I guess I'll need to throw out all of the Memorial Day party leftovers. :(

I am in on this one and it is my first daily challenge. I try to check in with my spark mails every day but some times I do not have time. I love the daily challenges. I think it is a great motivator. Thank you for the time spent in putting together the daily challenges and putting them out their. I too joined 2 weeks ago. I just want to wish you the very best on this journey. I don't have any trouble with the water as I continously fill my glass all day (as soon as I finish my morning pot of coffee), but getting the veggies in is a bit more difficult. My daughter and I bought new bicycles last Sunday and are riding each day. I'm really feeling that this morning in the glutes. Again, best wishes and keep your goals in sight.

Thank you for the mini challenges! I am not having too much trouble with getting the water in, I keep a bottle in the freezer at all times (I like my water cold) and I am not allowing myself a diet coke until I have had 2 bottles of water. Since I am a diet coke addict...it has been very motivating. Plus, I am not drinking as many diet cokes.

My question is....the 5 a day...is this just veggies or is a combonation of fruits and veggies. I want to play fair! Thanks!

Squeezing lemon in your water is better. Or they have those flavored packets of Real Lemon (and now have lime and orange). They don't have artifical sweetners (or any sweetners for that matter) in them if that is something you would rather avoid.

Thanks for the challenge. I do better when have a challenge. Today is my second day. I have walked both days, eaten lots of veggies and fruits but find the water difficult.

Is it OK to put crystal light in it for half my glasses? I am still trying to find my way around the website (its very overwhelming) but am hoping to find good recipes, exercises and conversation for when I need the extra push.

thank you for the challenge. I also taking one day at a time and getting out walking in the sun shine, doing yard work that i am reaching for weeds in areas that i can not reach with a lawn mooer. that is for weed eaters, but do it by hand. (arm exercises),i do walk a dog when i have her here, i also get my mother out an get her walking tooo.

Thanks for the challenge! Little changes add up. Today is our 20th wedding anniversary. My gift to my husband is a healthier body! If I stay on track this year I think I can make it. -2 lbs so far. Enjoy your day! Thanks again!
