Done with a whole lot of burn. (LOL) Did my treadmill workout before then decided to deep clean my bathroom. WHEW

New to the group and spark as of yesterday. Great site. Don't have the video but today was cardio interval day. 5 minute warmup, then 5-2 minute intervals at 90% HRmax with 1 minute in between on recumbant bike. Followed by 35 minutes on treadmill at 3 mph and 5% incline, 78% HRmax. Finished up with 14 sets of 12 reps of lower body and core machines.

I loved the Kick Boxing. It's my first day and first challenge. It was a workout. I liked the fact that I didn't have to own any videos just my computer to watch and the choice was already done for me. That's what I call easy!!! I did the kickboxing and strength training this am and just got in from a 30 minute walk. I really feel good.

I did 30 minutes high intensity with a 10 incline on the treadmill. will try to squeeze this in also thanks for the great challeng. emoticon

i tried to do the 10 min kickboxing into 6 minutss of it the video stalled and i could not get it to work again emoticon

I walked 11 miles today plus crunches and push up, I don't think I can do anymore. If I have any energy this evening I will do the challenge otherwise I think I will skip this one.

I did the 10 minutes Kickbox at work at lunch time. It was just right---not too much.

I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. And a little/lot of help from friends.

I plan to walk about a mile today as my first day of getting back in shape. I haven't done much exercising except housework. My asthma is very bad and I get out of breathe easily. I want to get back down to the size I was 5 years ago.

Done. Now I will head to the gym and only do 80 minutes of cardio there. I'd love to cut the 10 minutes off my eliptical time, but just can't bring myself to do it, much as I hate the eliptical anymore. Just can't give up the rush I get when I see that I burned over 350 calories in half an hour.

did my curves circuit this morning.....actually took 45 minutes....but then got lots of stepping done due to the amount of people!....this afternoon 60 minutes of wii fit....(I'm having fun unlocking then the next day seeing what new treat I have in store for me...keeps it interesting)

Well you must have read my mind. I did a Tae Bo video this morning. It is called Tae Bo Gold and is specifically for the over 40 audience. It's a great workout and I recommend it for anyone wanting to add kickboxing to their routine. I also got the kids out for a 2-mile walk before lunch - it looks like rain and I wanted them to enjoy the outdoors before the rain forces them inside.

I did 20 min on the Treadmill followed by 15 min on the sationary bike and then I loved yesterday so much I danced to Take me to your heart and My Arms Keep Missing you, by Rick Astley. I feel his Greatest hits CD really gets me pumping.

Yay!! I feel so much better now! I was so tired from all my finals this week, and now I am energized!
I did 50 minutes on my treadmill and then did this KickButt video! I thought it was going to do me in. But after my shower...I feel so much better. I am heading out with my son and granddaughter to the park so we can play!

Until next Saturday my life is insane and may not have time to try your daily suggestions but I still love to read them. I am in a play next week for 4 performances so between 8 hours of work a day and 5 hours of practice I don't have much extra time but I am watching what I eat and feeling inspired reading the messages.

I will do this at lunch and check back in. A women came up to me today and gave me her email address out of the blue. :) I spoke with her two weeks ago about life and love. She was so happy to talk to me, she told her sister about the conversation. She told me she thought of our conversation alot and I gave her something to look forward to and hope. So my advise today is to talk to someone and spread the spark! Happy Workouts!
