Ok, this is Saturday and not Wednesday. I have had a bad cold or allergies have been acting up. This cough is getting to me. Enough with the excuses, now I want to lose the weight. I am getting back to follow SparkPeople every day now, starting today.

Sorry I have not been keeping up with the challenges. The rain has finally stopped and I have been mowing/weedeating and pulling grass and weeds for the last 3 days. I have been getting out and about for walks too!

Well I am fixing to head to the gym for my daily workout..I am brand new to spark so I really don't know how to do the charts and stuff but, I will learn. I went to my family dr yesterday and things went AWESOME!!! I have been dieting and excersing since Feb and I have lost 21LBS!!!! did the calf raises will do JJ at home... Decided to incorporate the calf raises every time I use the bathroom. As I drink most of my water here at work, I am in there a lot :) So that will now be a daily thing.. thanks for the thought

Lanna .. you could wait until your neighbor goes to sleep ... emoticon seriously, does he leave to go to work before you or do you get home first and you can exercise then? Do you have a hallway that you can do the jumping jacks in? Join a gym. Go to the Y. Is your laundry in the basement and you can go down there? Maybe you skip the jumping jacks and go outside and walk an extra block for each set.

Did the exercises, after some additional stretching. I need to walk at least 1 mile too. Will work on H2O through the day. I am retaining fluid so extra flush would be good. Maybe I can get my legs back to normal and my rings on.

OOPS!!! I see that now!! It is the 6th ya'll!! I guess the 40 something eyes are playing tricks on me...I have a small 2x3 calendar on my desk ~ and dry contacts in my eyes! Tomorrow's challenge will have the right date...

Thank you for the daily challenge. I am slowly working my way to a better lifestyle. I just found this site yesterday. I have 4 kids: 8, 6, 2 and 7 months. I work from home. I am about 50 pounds overweight and I have no energy to keep up with such wonderful little ones! As busy as I feel I am, I can certainly do 2 sets of 15 jumping jacks and calf raises. Yet, if you had not emailed me . . . I would not do it! emoticon

just did them! and now I'm having another glas of water (I stop counting after 8 which I usually have by this time already.

Thought - I will add them to my cardio later on but then decided there's enough space in the office to get them done and away with. Feel waken up emoticon

Okay ~ Time to get back to the challenges!!! Today's challenge will help us get over the hump day...maybe re-energize us for the rest of the week!

Today, let's do 2 sets of 15 JUMPING JACKS emoticon Yes, jumping jacks...If you have to, modify them by doing one side at a time! Add to your fitness tracker under cardio exercise...time yourself!

Next, do 2 sets of 15 calf raises...add to your fitness tracker under strength exercises!

Remember to get your 8+ glasses emoticon and your emoticon in for the day!!!
