It's that time to switch things up and give us some new goals!

+ Personal Goals: What do YOU want to accomplish in your health journey? Make a personal goal, post it in this space and then track it in our team goals!

+ Exercise: Add or step up your exercise routine! For Losers just starting MF, just sticking to the program is good enough. But once you get past the first two weeks of the program, try adding some exercise. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk the dog, go on an evening stroll, try yoga or spend the weekend rock climbing!

As always, if you have suggestions, let us know on the suggestions page!
