Hoping we will have an August challenge. I've been on Medifast for almost three months have lost 30 lbs, and am ready up step things up a little bit. Stay on plan and exercise a bit more? Just track weight loss? I know there are other challenges on Spark People, but a lot of them don't work for people on Medifast, (specifically ones about eating specific foods, so hoping this group will be able to encourage each other a bit more than it seems to have been doing.

How would YOU like to challenge yourself in August? Maybe that would be a good idea, each person specify what they plan on doing themselves, and then checking in weekly with the results. Who's in? :)

Ideas we have right now:

+ Water
+ Snack free
+ 100% over holiday (July is coming up so that would be great!)

Other ideas:

Try a new exercise!

Get sufficient sleep (I hesitate to say 8 hours, because I do best with 7 hours sleep)

Walk 10000 steps a day!

Read/share an encouraging article

Do you have others? Which ones should we pick for July?

What kind of challenge do you have in mind? I think challenges are great and motivating! Give us some ideas. :)

Started medifast Oct 2014, reached goal June 2015
Lost 72 pounds on medifast, lost a total of 121 lbs from my highest
Went from a 3x to a small

I am worth it!

I'm new to SparkPeople. I was active on the old Medifast site and did several of the monthly challenges. I'd love to do one if anyone is interested.

Drink your water...that sometimes is rough for me.

Snack free challenges would be good. So would a 100% over a holiday weekend or something.

As new team leader, I'd love to add some monthly challenges to the group - but I can't do it alone!
