For Monday, do these advanced exercises. This is using the stability ball. If you want to view how to do them, view my exercise page and find them there. Have fun and they total 50 minutes of a workout!

Total Body Ball Challenge
This stability ball workout is both challenging and effective. Boost your endurance, strength and coordination all at once!

Level: Advanced

Equipment: Stability Ball

Est. Minutes: 50

When you are finished with that, walk really fast on the treadmill for 90-minutes.
