I have several joint issues, and lower back pain that flare up just due to everyday activities .... Need to find ways to better manage the pain so I can add more exercise into my life. Any suggestions?
I've been building resources and adding changes to how I'm living over the past 4 weeks - and I know I need to also add in more physical activity, while still being able to go my job daily.
I'm working on changing how I live - and I know it will be a long process - but I'm trying to do it organically, and not rely on gimmicks and fads.
