Sorry..had company last night and didn't get to post back in. I did complete my goal for yesterday. I drank like 5 bottles of Dasani...or should I say...after the second I had to refill the bottle out of my fridge. Went to the store the other day and didn't get more...sigh.

One of my goals for today, from the High Blood Pressure group, is to get 10 minutes of exercise. I didn't get it yesterday, so we'll see how I do today!

Also, I'm doing SP's Diabetes Weight Loss Challenge. (I'm "pre-diabetic" and hoping to drive that away by using health guidelines for diabetics.) I'm not great at being consistent yet, so I'm happy to say that I have 4 big checkmarks for the first 4 days completed. Today is day 5. So my goal is to complete today's challenge and maintain the streak.

My goal for today is to get my 8 glasses of water in. Water is so important, my first 60 pounds I lost when I started Spark a long time ago, had a lot to do with my water intake.

I love Dasani water. So, each time I finished a bottle I set it on the counter right in plain site so I saw it. I made sure there were at least 5 empty bottles there before I went to bed. It really helped me to keep my eye on the prize.

They say if you make smaller goals for yourself and you accomplish them it makes you more motivated to stick to what you are doing. And it also helps to have some one to be accountable with. So, I was thinking. Maybe if we did a goal a day it might help and if we had each other, maybe we could help motivate each other.

Post your goal for the day then try and come back later tonight and tell us how you did. :)
