I have really had a hard time getting back to working out. I am starting slowly and not pushing myself too much. I know the best way to really get into a routine of doing it, is to build up my intensity gradually. My goal right now, is just to do something, because something is better than nothing at all and I know that I will eventually get to wear I am in a good groove again and am really working.

good news, strength training was very effective yesterday. boy do I feel it in my arms and chest. :-)
