I am working with one right now. Last week we did the -500 calories deficit per day and many lost lots. This week we are to eat no processed foods. Not sure what is planned for next week. With all that I have been involved with this month, I don't feel I can do justice to another one. I did write a blog about the month we hope to never see again if you are interested.

I have been maintaining a 28 pound weight loss and am ready to get back into gear. I am just a hair over halfway through my weight loss journey and ready to start losing again.

Is anyone interested in a new challenge for the spring? I was thinking of something short and simple- say, a month or so?
