two boiled eggs, 1/2 avocado mashed in with yolks and mustard for deviled eggs, two slices lean ham with little cream cheese smear on them. Hot 'Joy' tea - black tea, plus oolong and jasmine green with touch of peach with stevia sweetener.

Awe, I do feel better when I just do protein for breakfast!!!

Hot green tea with finger with MCT oil and stevia
Bacon grease from hubby's bacon,
fine chopped carrot, onion, turnip mix from summer garden to deep freezer - Sauted
added chopped turnip greens and the two eggs.

pint of black cherry tea with stevia to insulated cup for travel to shopping trip

Snack of string cheese and chicken breast strips for munching between major stores

Sugar free russel stover candy for trip home and finished the pint of tea - needed more liquids so bought a pint of bottled water at last check out.

Dinner: Cabbage salad with salmon for dinner, green bean side and blue cheese dressing

Will I ever be strong enough to cut the dairy???? March is my month to try!!! Mainly want to see if physical/pain & health markers improve

Low calorie day and may be out for luch so went very light on breakfast

boiled egg, 1/2avocado 1/2 tbsp. mayo
Pint of black tea with stevia and MCToil 1/2tbsp

Mid morning green tea lemon and ginger with Hemp oil 1/2tbsp

2 deviled eggs with 1/2avocado blended into them too.
Pineapple - so handy to divide a can into 4oz mason jars when I open the can and grab one that is in glass and pre-measured for a meal side.

Two egg omelet and tea is same as two previous ... I tend to get in a rut this way - when I find something I like, is routine to fix and I know it sets well and lasts till lunch.

Needing to add some more variety and learn more choices - Time to do some more studying -

YEAH I found a pkg of home chopped broccoli in the deep freeze individual 1/2cup servings perfect for omelets!!!

SO olive oil for saute of broccoli. mushrooms and chopped celery, Spiced with curry, lemon pepper, garlic powder, chives, sea salt 2 eggs little drizzle of catalina dressing for color

Pint of hot peach tea with stevia

Same breakfast on Friday 2/23 - different flavor of tea.

pan with olive oil - saute minced garlic mushrooms wilt spinach over the top add two eggs and sprinkle of cheese lid on and set off heat for few minutes while I brewed camboucha tea and served up spouses breakfast and enjoy!

Thursday - a little bit of bacon grease in the pan from hubbies breakfast so saute'd a few sliced mushrooms and spinach and added one egg and one slice of swiss cheese and a pint of hot tea with stevia.

Wednesday is usually a low calorie day for me as I follow a pattern of MWF 500calories and S_T_Th_S 1200clories So breakfast was two eggs but as I looked over our day's schedule and acknowledging Valentine's Day, I decided to trade off and go with "regular Calorie day or goal of 1200.

So today's breakfast was 2eggs, pint of hot tea with pkt of stevia @7:30am and planning early lunch at 11am

Breakfast! What is called a "trimmie" 8-12oz coffee, psyllium, collagen, protein powder, cocoa powder, stevia, vanilla, blended and enjoy! and an ounce of summer sausage slices - A delicious "mocha that is healthy and a treat after the Dr office visit this morning.

A wiener cut in small chunks, zapped briefly in the microwave, a little shredded cheese on top, and a little more in the microwave to melt the cheese slightly, then eaten with a fork.

Two grams of carbs. Since I aim for 30 grams (or less) of carbs per day, that leave a huge amount for the rest of my day. Carbs raise my blood sugar, so I just don't eat them.

I made a smoothie with 2 cups unsweetened vanilla flavored almond milk, 1 tbsp. ground golden flax meal, 1 cup frozen strawberries and 12 mini spoons of Trader Joes Stevia extract to sweeten! Was delicious!

Cher, oatmeal spikes my blood sugar. I don't know about your's.

I had a few waffles made using vanilla protein powder rather than wheat flour. That with low carb pancake syrup that is sweetened with Sucralose.

Chocolate "bread" made from chocolate protein powder rather than wheat (about 1 gram of carbs per slice) and unsweetened peanut butter on it (another 3 grams of carbs).

That was my low carb breakfast. I still love sweet things after 3 years of low carb eating (well I'm not newly diagnosed ... I'm here to help those that are new). One good thing, after some months of low carb eating my taste buds are much more sensitive, and things that didn't taste very sweet now do taste sweeter.

I had hard boiled egg (no yolk), Greek yogurt non fat plain, 1 Tbs of honey, 1 slice of rye bread with seeds, 1/2 banana (fresh), and 2 cups of water.

If anyone want to see what I eat daily, you are welcome to view my sp page and click on share my food tracker. It will show you everything I eat. I do have to update this past week since I keep track of it on a notebook and than add it later on sp. But you could view the previous weeks or even today and moving forward.

You can find it in the 'whole food' or 'organic food' aisle. It is packaged with other milled products. Sometimes it is in the baking aisle. But it should be in the regular grocery store. Good luck!

I had 2 scrambled eggs with sharp cheddar cheese and 2 cups of New Orleans blend coffee and chicory. I can't bring myself to eat carbs for breakfast.
