Hey Fellow Walkers,

Below is a list of SparkPeople Resources for Walkers. Even though we are still a few weeks away from 'officially' beginning the challenge, I thought I would give you some resources you may want to read before we start.

I will also encourage all of you to get fitted with walking shoes prior to beginning our challenge. Wearing the proper shoe is very important, not only for runners, but walkers, too. And don't forget about socks, as well!
