Healthy Hat Day!
This is such a good reminder for me- just do today.
I have had a healthy breakfast, and my lunch is packed.
I have a snack for after work and my meal planned for tonight.
This is the day the Lord hath made. He will give me grace and strength.

Itís Not My Food is the best way to handle sugar for me. I need to throw it away or give it away if it is given to me. In the last couple of days I ate 3 mini candy bars given to me. I couldnít resist them for too long!

Iíve been missing spark people and need to be more consistent. Just got caught up with vacations. We are planning a trip to France so I was thinking Iíd just EAT but definitely need a better plan. Water, exercise, sharing, and tasting are a good idea!

Day 6 Iíll start on Monday diet
1. Pitfalls of my weekends
Eating kid food while babysitting
Snacks at am Sunday school, deserts at potluck
2. Coming weekend
Planning good food for trip to Garnetís cabin
Chili with turkey kidney beans cheese sour cream, salad
Quiche with almond crust and fruit Sat am, yogurt parfait Sunday am
Saturday lunch- lunch meat, carrots, celery, mayo, fruit
Spaghetti with spaghetti squash on Saturday night, salad
Sunday
Subway salads for lunch

While having diarrhea I seem to have little problem not eating foods that will cause problems.
So if I think about the fact that eating sugar and flour will keep me from having willpower, then I should be Godís grace be able to say ďThat will hurt my healthy eating!Ē
I need to rely on the Lord ďto mortify the fleshĒ not me.

My downfall- wanting to eat afterwork or when stressed out
2.How to get over stress- pray, meditate on word this month Psalm 19

3. Plan- eat protein bars until gone, then have lunch fruit
When stressed drink water, read Bible, exercise, pray
