Sadly, I didn't make it all the way through. Work, garden, and graduations got in the way :( I'll do better next time.

May 9th - do 5 sit ups, 5 jumping jacks, 5 squats, 5 wall push ups and hold the plank for 30 seconds.

May 10th - do 6 sit ups, 6 jumping jacks, 6 squats, 6 wall push ups and hold the plank for 31 seconds.

May 11th - do 7 sit ups, 7 jumping jacks, 7 squats, 7 wall push ups and hold the plank for 32 seconds.

May 12th - do 8 sit ups, 8 jumping jacks, 8 squats, 8 wall push ups and hold the plank of 33 seconds.

May 13th - do 9 sit ups, 9 jumping jacks, 9 squats, 9 wall push ups, and hold the plank for 34 seconds.

May 14th - do 10 sit ups, 10 jumping jacks, 10 squats, 10 wall push ups, and hold the plank for 35 seconds.

May 15th - do 11 sit ups, 11 jumping jacks, 11 squats, 11 wall push ups, and hold the plank for 36 seconds.

I actually like the plank thing... Have started just kind of doing it at random times :)

This challenge is a progressive challenge.
What that means that on Day 1 you will start with the original plan then
Every day, you will an additional rep. or minute, etc to the original plan.

It looks like this:

May 9th - do 5 sit ups, 5 jumping jacks, 5 squats, 5 wall push ups and hold the plank for 30 seconds.

May 10th - do 6 sit ups, 6 jumping jacks, 6 squats, 6 wall push ups and hold the plank for 31 seconds.

May 11th - do 7 sit ups, 7 jumping jacks, 7 squats, 7 wall push ups and hold the plank for 32 seconds.

May 12th - do 8 sit ups, 8 jumping jacks, 8 squats, 8 wall push ups and hold the plank of 33 seconds.

May 13th - do 9 sit ups, 9 jumping jacks, 9 squats, 9 wall push ups, and hold the plank for 34 seconds.

May 14th - do 10 sit ups, 10 jumping jacks, 10 squats, 10 wall push ups, and hold the plank for 35 seconds.

May 15th - do 11 sit ups, 11 jumping jacks, 11 squats, 11 wall push ups, and hold the plank for 36 seconds.

May 16th - do 12 sit ups, 12 jumping jacks, 12 squats, 12 wall push ups and hold the plank for 37 seconds.

See it`s not a huge time commitment. And if you are lucky you could win the jack pot.
