Monday I was SICK and ate practically nothing and did practically nothing. Been cutting back on the cardio a bit because I twisted my ankle on my walk Sunday and am having a hard time putting a lot of weight on it for walking and the like.

@JustJusty-I think we need to post here, as well, so Andi doesn't have to go page to page and figure out what we're doing. I am sure she'll correct me if I'm wrong!

Catching up-Thursday--I don't know what I was doing on Thursday, but apparently it wasn't keeping track of anything.
Friday-Water-one point
Saturday-Water, food tracking-two points
Sunday-Water, 30 minutes of cardio, tracked fitness-three points
Six points for a total of 12 points.

Yesterday was a rough day for me. I'm sorry team, I dropped the ball! I did a little better today, though.
Drank and tracked my water: 1 point
Tracked my food (my veggies and stuff were in my meals): 1 point
2 points for today
6 points so far.

Since I've forgotten to post for a couple days...

Monday I: Did 30 minutes of Cardio
Did 30 minutes of Strength Training
Tracked Fitness on SP fitness tracker
Tracked my fruits and veggies on SP tracker
Drank 10 glasses of water

This gives me 5 points for Monday.

Tuesday I: Did 180 minutes of Cardio (HOURS of Heavy Cleaning)
Did 30 minutes of strength training
Tracked my fitness on SP fitness tracker
Tracked my fruits and veggies on SP tracker
Drank 10 glasses of water.

This gives me 5 points for Tuesday.

Total thus far: 10 points.

Starting April 4th and running til Friday, April 15th, we will be having a team challenge.
What that means is when you sign up for on this thread, then I will put you on a team.
If there is someone you would like to be on the team with, please let me know and I`ll try to honour your request.
The more people who play the more fun it will be.

So, here`s the deal.

For every 30 minutes of cardio you do in a day, you will receive 1 point for your team.
For every 30 minutes of strength training you do, you will receive 1 point for your team.
Every day that you track your fitness (using SP fitness tracker) you will recieve 1 point.
Every day you track your fruit and veg. (using SP tracker) you will receive 1 point
Every day you drink 8 glasses a water a day (and track it on SP) you will receive 1 point
You will receive a point when you give a spark goodie to a team mate, or encourage a team mate 3 times in a day.
