Sports Backers does a HM training team for it that is really good. Also, check out the Richmond Road Runners Club for regular running groups. There is also a mixed-levels group that continued to meet at the Shady Grove YMCA after the YMCA training team ended- every Saturday at 7am. Send me a sparkmail if you are interested in that.
Have fun- I'm intending to run it, too (God willing my knee doesn't give me more problems).

I'm running in the Mcdonald's Half Marathon here in Richmond. Where is a good place to train for this event? I've heard good things about it and I'm excited!

I wouldn't mind starting a running group for those of you who want to run and get in shape or just have others to hang out with.
