Thanks JB2008...I think I am going to continue trying to spread the word that the team is active again and starting next Monday I will post a weekly challenge. For now let's continue posting our minutes daily.

I like the idea of having somewhere I can hold myself accountable for my excercise because I used to be self motivating until about 6 months and another extra 15lbs ago. I'm up for any weekly challenge, currently the thing I'm most slacking off on is weight training. Thanks for trying to get this team going again, good luck.

Once we get this team back up and running I think we should have weekly challenges. Whether its meeting our weekly goal of drinking 8 cups a day, or adding in crunches everyday.
