I would like to finish my book "Chef MD's Big Book of Culinary Medicine by John La Puma, MD.
Keep tracking my food and stay within range.
Lose 3 lbs. this month.
Allow myself to splurge a little on Thanksgiving.
Decorate my house for Christmas.

Re-examine my exercise routine. Fall/Winter prevents me from the powerwalks I am able to take during the spring/summer months so I have to re-think my walk schedule and get re-acquainted with my ellliptical.
