I actually have DDD's! I do hope they go down after I lose 100 pounds. Although, I have always been jumbo size.

I finally broke down and went to an "intimates" style store (only sell under garments), where they take you into the room and professionally fit you. I was fitted for a sports bra (they sewed darts to fit me exactly on site). Needless to say, this bra cost me over $50.00. However, I have NEVER had a better fitting sports bra in my life. I have had this one for over 5 years now.

I don't run a marathon, but I don't jiggle when doing the 30DS...

I too have the D's. I buy smaller sports bras- they are TIGHT, but they hold everything in place.

I have the same problem!! Something that I have found that has helped me is to buy a really good quality sports bra. I like to buy my sports bras a little smaller than my regular bras because I feel it keeps "the girls" a little closer to my body and makes it harder for them to move around.

I can sympathize with you, because I am a size D also, and have always had that problem. At 76, I don't do much more jumping, so it is not a problem for me now. I'm wondering if you just need to keep looking for a snug sports bra that will stop the motion. I don't have any suggestions in that area, but I'm hoping somebody else does.

Hey all!
SO I'm sure somebody else out there has my problem, and perhaps I'll be lucky to find someone out there that has found a solution to my problem.
I was endowed with a size D cup, and even though I buy and wear sports bras appropriate to my sized chest, I find that when doing jumping jacks or jump roping my breasts feel like they have absolutely no support! When I land it feels is if someone is tugging hard on them, and the result is that I experience pain when doing jumping motions.... I do want to jump (especially while doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred), but what can I do to support my bust area? I have to stop way before I get tired because the skin around my breasts hurts.... or I end up having to do improvised jumping jacks where I do the motions with my feet but use my hands to support my breasts the entire time.... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
