This morning I woke up 5.15, and did Turbo Jam cardio party before going to work at 7 am. Felt very awake going to work.

When I came back the dvd I ordered had arrived, Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I was a bit tired after work, but couldn't resist - did that right away, phase 1. It was fun!

Then to DD's parent board's meeting at school, went there with kicksled, I'm not quite sure what that is in English, but here's link to a picture:

That is just like the kicksled we have. It's so much fun, and good exercise too. I just felt my bottoms shaping up! emoticon

So far some stretching and a ten minute walk to get the blood moving. I will be doing another ten minutes later and then probably a twenty minutes after that as a warm up to my strength training. emoticon
