Isn't it odd how you go over and do not add salt! A few salt reducing tips:

Choose fresh or frozen veggies over canned varieties, which often contain added salt to help increase shelf life. If you can't find sodium-free varieties of canned vegetables, rinse the can's contents in a colander under water before cooking to remove excess salt.

Choose low-, no- or reduced-sodium versions of your favorite soups, frozen meals, canned foods, and snacks. Even butter is available without added salt!

I never add salt,so this very easy for me,any time I have too much salt my BP goes up so I have to keep my salt intake low. emoticon emoticon

emoticon I never add salt to my meals! I'll add it to my Tracker and see how much I get anyway.

So, I'm done with food for today and the Tracker says I had 3183 sodium!!!!!! (the range is 500-2300). So, even tho I don't add any, I went way over. Today was a typical food day...even better than usual because I stayed within my calorie allowance...so I'm going to have to watch the salt.
