I've read all of her books now. I checked them out from the library.

I have lost weight doing her workouts, two different times. The problem the first time was that I went back to my bad eating habits. This past summer though I lost 30 lbs doing mostly Leslie workouts, with the occasional Dancing With the Stars workout thrown in.

I think her first book was Walk Away the Pounds the 6 week Breakthrough program, I've read it twice and am getting ready to put it back on my library hold list.

I had to get a pair of Men's Walking Shoes in a size 12, because my feet were so swollen and ankles to. My Mother went to Walmart last night and got me a pair of Dr. Scholls Socks for women. Their circulation socks. I didn't know those existed. Has anyone ever used them? So far, I like the feel of sock compared to my usual cotton socks. Dr. Scholls doesn't feel tight on my legs like the cotton socks do.

Also, I'm trying to eat little to no meat as possible. I will only eat Fish or Canned Tuna and Fruits and Vegetables. I'm just wandering can I lose weight by eating this way? I've never liked meat but do like Canned Tuna and Fish. I don't think I can call myself a Vegeatarian.

With WATP, has anyone had success with these workouts? I'm going to watch the DVD first, but can you lose weight by walking in place? To everyone who has read the books, which should I read first? I know it's kind of hard to choose between the three.

Good Advice. Amazon.com has the books used for a good price.

If I were to buy any of her books, I would go to our used bookstore!!! People do not hang on to self help books !

Hi Team!

Has anyone ever read any of Leslie Sansone's Books? I just ordered my first Walk Away Workout(which I'll post the Link to below) and I've always wanted to read the books. But my Library doesn't have them. And I know that Amazon has her books on their website for a very resonable price. If you guys have read any of the books, what do you think? Also, I've never tried Walk Away The Pounds before. But I've been on the Team since April of last year. Being 335+ lbs and 20 years old, I have bad ankles. My feet and ankles are swollen but they do go down if I have them propped up at night. Thanks Team!
