The only DVD I have is WATP. I am getting a little bored with it, though. Probably because I've done all the programs on it many, many times! lol

I think over the weekend I'll go out and look for another!

Slim & Sleek, Walk Your Belly Flat and the list goes on. I have several and keep getting more so I always have a variety.
I've had to do the ones without weights (except for the weighted belt) because I pulled something in upper area between shoulder and neck (think it's due to rotator/shoulder problem). Getting better but I'm waiting so I don't have a relapse and have to start all over again waiting!!
So nice to have these when it is too hot or too cold outside to walk and to do in-between.

I have the 3 mile Slim and Sleek DVD but for right now I will be going back to the one of YouTube until I get myself back to where I was before my recent issues. Just trying to get myself back on track.

My favorites are Walk and Kick, Walk Strong (the one with weighted intervals, I think she has 2 programs called Walk Strong), 5 Day Slim Down, and 5 Mile Advanced Walk.

I enjoy so many I don't think I can choose one. I like it when there are other people in them but a lot of the newer ones just have Leslie and those are great too. My DH started doing them and he likes it when there are other guys in them :-) He's done other strength tapes (forgot the guys names!) but thinks Leslie's are good too.

Leslie's 5 mile power walk is definitely a butt buster. I love it... I use weights with the workout also...

I just bought a new Leslie Sansone DVD, I have 3 DVD's right now. The Walk At HOme 5 Mile fat Burning Walk I like the boost at the end of each mile, and that she has other people doing the work out with her, the Walk at home 5 Day slim down, is just Leslie buy herself, and each mile is different( one has squats and lunges in them) I do the complete 5 miles on these workouts if I can't get outside because of the weather, but I also do 30 minutes daily after a 60 minute walk outside. I just found a Walk away the pounds 5 -day fit walk, and am planning on trying it for 30 minutes today. I probably will try and add 2 more DVD's to my collection to change over but I like the 4 and 5 mile( or 5 day) workouts, they really pack a punch.

I've been doing the 4 fast miles for the past month and I absolutely love it. I was planning to go back and buy the 5 fat burning miles but they didn't have it at the store when I went back. The only one they had was the 2 mile power walk and the hips and thighs toning workout with the strectchy band that goes around the ankles. I went ahead and got it because some days I just don't have the time to do 4 miles and I feel bad if I quit the DVD early - this way I am actually finishing the DVD lol --- I plan to get many more leslie videos. I am addicted!

I like the 5 mile Fat Burning Walk on days that I am going for the distance and need easy. I also use the 1 & 2 miles on this one as a warm up for other DVDs that I plan to do for abs, toning and kickboxing. This gets me warmed up and ready to work hard.

I like 5 Mile Walk Advanced when I'm in the mood for using the walk belt or hand weights and have some time to work out.

When I'm pressed for time and want to do cardio and strength quickly, I use the Walk Away the Pounds -Walk Strong that uses hand weights in intervals. I use 5 or 8 lb weights. At only 30 min. it's fast but adding the weights ramps it up a lot.

I am new too and right now I have one video that has two workouts on it. The Walk Strong which is a two mile walk with firming using the stretchy band and also her 4 mile Super Challenge. I like both of them.

Thanks for the post. I am wanting to get a few more of her videos to vary my routine and this helps out a lot. It sounds like the 5 mile Fat burn might be the way to go.

I've done the 1-3 mile Express series and the 5 mile fat burning walk. I just got the 4 fast miles today, can't wait to try it tomorrow. I reviewed it really quick and I think it's going to be my favorite.

I just got the 5 fat burning miles a week or so ago, and honestly I don't like it. I feel like how some of the reviews say, that she seems disorganized and "off" some how. But it is 5 miles, so I'm kicking it out anyway!

Over all, I love these work outs because you can get results without stressing yourself out, and an added stress is all exercise ever was to me. So, I'm excited to keep adding to my library :)

I like the video that has the mile each morning that works the arms, legs, core etc. I also like the 5 mile walk that has the hand weights, walk belt and the stretchy band.

I'm new to Leslie too and I had the same question! I got a few videos from the library to see if it was my cup of tea and I'm loving them so far. I think the one you are talking about is the one I just did recently. It really did push me as well. I liked the 2 minute "boosted walking" at the end of each mile. Felt like a great workout AND I wasn't zigging when everyone else was zagging (usually my problem when I try to do aerobics!). I'm curious to know which others are as pumped up as this video!

Hi guys, I'm new here and have never posted. I'm loving Leslie Sansone's walking videos and have a growing collection. I love her because I find walking on the treadmill watching tv to be boring and tedious and actually hurts my feet. I also cant seem to make it more than about 30 minutes. When i do Leslie's videos I can do much more and for longer. I just purched a new one last night and tried it out today and so far it's my favrite. It's the 5 mile fat burning walk. It kicked my butt but i feel so awesome for doing it! It's pushed me harder than the other ones so far and I like how they switched it up with the other people every mile so it's different. I think it keeps it from getting boring. What's you favorite video?
