I have been trying to plan ahead. I try to put in all my points in the morning, if I know I don't feel like cooking and we are going to order out. I put that in early so I know what I can eat for lunch and snacks. So far its been working. I found a great website that lists all the restaurants with the weight watcher points so I already know what to order.
Sometimes I feel silly thinking about Thai Food at 8am, but IT WORKING!!!

I plan for the week, but also have days where I just don't feel like/have time to prepare the evening meal and order in; it IS less often, thankfully.

Daily Question: Do you tend to plan your evening meals in advance or do you grab something on your way home?

I really try to plan them and have a back up plan, but sometimes I still just throw my hands up and say let's order in.
