Maybe once a month or so. I cook with what I have on hand and love to throw things together....no stress because you are missing an ingredient.

Often. I check cookbooks out of the library and try a few recipes. If I like the book I'll buy it. I have Indian, Mexican and general international cookbooks, and I could make something new every day for years if I wanted to. As it is I do something new at least once a week. I prefer the adventure of cooking something new rather than going out to a restaurant for something new.

Daily Question: How often do you try new recipes?

Not nearly often enough. Since finding a new person on YouTube...okay, a couple of new people, I am itching to try some of the recipes that I saw on their channels/blogs. Some of them, I just hadn't really thought about, but they are great ideas and I am looking forward to it.
