OK, two game changers happened to me during August and September.

FIRST, I was in a severe care accident on August 6th and was in ICU for nearly a week (my spleen was bleeding out, so they did an embolization, which effectively means a large part of my spleen is dying generating incredible pain which I am suffering through and also collapsed a portion of my left lung). Walking is something I still do, but I am physically not able to push myself yet.

SECOND, I purchased a watch tracker which also records my blood pressure, but it does NOT automatically update to Spark. I figured I'd just go in and update each day, but due to the accident, I've been completely out of my routines. So . . . trying to get there. I may even end up switching back to my ancient FitBit.

GOOD NEWS is that weight continues to come off.

I ended August. I知 at 11,319.9 miles walked since July 24, 2911.
On my 6th virtual hike of the Appalachian Trail I hit 407.66 since May 15th. I知 closing I on Hampton, Tennessee. My summer stomping ground.
On the Colorado Trail, I hit 406.8 miles and closing in on finishing it hopefully this month. I started May 16th.
My year to date total is 759.82 miles. Way lower than usual but two automobile accidents and pneumonia took a toll on my health this year. I知 finally starting to be able to walk more closely to my goals.

As of last Saturday I had 81.24 miles this month. I added

On my walking4fun Trail, I知 doing the Colorado Trail. As of yesterday I am at 382.4 miles. I started on May 16th.

I知 also doing my 6th trip up the Appalachian Trail. I am at 383.33 miles. I started on May 15, 2019.

On my trip around the center of the Earth which I started July 24,2011. I知 at 11,295.52 miles as of yesterday.
